We work with the purpose of supporting the generation of modern, reliable and affordable
energy from renewable sources and are committed to uphold the decarbonization of the
electricity sector.
We act as strategic partners, guiding and supporting our clients on every stage of the
development of solar and wind energy plants, bringing a project from greenfield to ready to bebuilt status.
Our range of services include site identification, environmental and social studies, grid connection,
project design, permitting and licensing, and energy sales.

We have an integrated business model to support our clients throughout the entire value chain. On one hand, we are actively involved in project development in Europe and LATAM. On the other hand, our subsidiary, Renergeia, provides EPC & O&M services.

With over ten years of exerience across Europe and LATAM, our founding team created NRG+ to support the generation of renewable energy as project development specialists
Our operations launched with the start of our firt solar developments in Panama.
2021: RENERGEIA’S FOUNDATION AND EXPANSION TO ITALY
To multiply our impact in the renewable energy space we founded
Renergeia, an EPC and O&M company. This, while expanding to
Italy with a 500MWp pipeline of projects under development and
fostering our growth in Panama
2022: TRENGTHENING OUR WIND PORTFOLIO AND DEVELOPING NEW MARKETS
We started 2022 with the development of 200 MW of wind projects in Italy.
Additionally, we inaugurated NRG+ Romania with the start of our solar project development operations in the country and the purchase of a 3.5 MWp operating solar power plant.
We also began solar developments in Brazil
